Re: the use of Seascale Seafront car park by Sellafield Sites Ltd for their supply chain.

I want proof of the official signed agreement between Seascale Parish Council and the Sellafield legal representative to lease a designated part of the car park for their contractors. Also, the robust risk assessment required by HSWA 1974 and the Management of H&S at work regulations 1999 these are required procedures. Also, to include the details for the arrangement to operate the park and ride in the designated area which is the public car park area.

I will not accept the Licence to Occupy document. If you do I want absolute proof, it is a legal document 

Under the FOI Act I require:

  1. The signed agreement.
  2. The H&S written commitment for use of Seascale Parish public car park.

We confirm that under s.1 of the FOIA, we do not hold the information you have requested. This is because the Seascale Seafront car park is outside of the nuclear licenced area of the Sellafield site and therefore outside of our regulatory remit.
