The inspectors reviewed a range of topics and identified several examples of Radman Associates demonstrating relevant good practice and compliance with the requirements of IRR17 in relation to the duties of an RPA, and with CDG09 and ADR requirements applicable to DGSAs.

The inspectors identified no statutory non-compliances. However, informal advice was provided on a number of specific detailed aspects of Radman Associate's arrangements.

Conclusion

The inspection findings were presented to Radman Associates at the close of the inspection.

The inspectors judged an overall inspection rating of 'Green - no formal action' was appropriate overall for this inspection, as relevant good practice was generally met, with only minor shortfalls identified, when compared with appropriate benchmarks.

No further formal action is required arising from this inspection.
