Key findings, inspector's opinions and reasons for judgement made
The inspector identified numerous examples where the dutyholder met relevant good practice across the thematic inspection activities. This was through evidence provided by the dutyholder, sampling the electronic management system and also paper records, demonstration by the dutyholder of their competence and understanding of the relevant CDG09 requirements for carriers - and also the duties of the consignor/consignee - IRRs'17, REPPIR, and security requirements.
Conclusion
I judge an overall inspection rating of 'Green - no formal action' is appropriate for this inspection. Unless there are circumstances which change the activity this company carries out, or an incident, I see no need to inspect them for another four years.
