Key findings, inspector's opinions and reasons for judgement made

The inspector identified through questioning of the duty holder, and examination of paperwork that the Company is a legal entity in its own right (though part of the wider Ignie group), and carries all the responsibilities under Carriage of  Dangerous Goods and Use of Pressure Equipment Regulations 2009 (CDG) of a consignor, carrier, and consignee of class 7 dangerous goods. They were able at the inspection to demonstrate compliance with most requirements, though they are required to provide some updated records and a copy of the latest DGSA annual report.

Conclusion

I judge an overall inspection rating of 'Green - no formal action' is appropriate for this inspection.  A level four issue has been raised to provide up to date documentation. Unless that documentation proves otherwise, or there are circumstances which change the activity this company carries out, or an incident, I see no need to inspect them for another four years.
