We requested a scoping study to provide a greater understanding on how nuclear new build can promote, strengthen and maintain a positive safety culture in GB and will consider the following questions:
- What has already been done and works effectively in relation to building a strong safety culture for
nuclear new builds, mega construction projects, or other comparable domains? - What are the gaps or challenges in developing a strong, homogeneous safety culture for nuclear new builds in Great Britain?
- What actions could be recommended to enhance safety culture, safety performance and quality for
nuclear new builds in Great Britain?
