Please will you send me any documents you have which show whether your organisation used Zimbra Collaboration Suite (ZCS) software between 1 January 2025 and the present day?
If you have used it, please include the dates it started and stopped being used, if applicable.
If your organisation used it, but it was only part of the organisation, please specify which part of the organisation used it.
If you do not have records relating to these questions, please pass on this request to your IT department to provide the required information.
Our response
We confirm that under section 1 of the FOIA, we do not hold the information you have requested.
This is because ONR has never used the ZCS software or held it ontate. Consequently, we do not hold any documents showing its use between 1 January 2025 and the present day.
