Please will you send me any documents which show whether the ONR identified "Leaders fail to lead by example and turn a blind eye to bullying and elitist behaviours." as a warning flag at Hinkley Point C, as per 'ONR Technical Inspection Guide (TIG) - Organisational culture guide for inspectors', between 1 January 2025 and the present day.
