- Request number: 202506017

Information requested
After reviewing your website and other publicly available information, I have not been able to identify the appropriate contact details for third parties (such as suppliers or service providers) to send formal legal correspondence to your organisation.
Please could you confirm the following:
- Whether your organisation has one or more specific teams, departments, or named individuals responsible for receiving formal legal correspondence from third parties.
- The relevant postal address(es), email address(es), and telephone number(s) that such correspondence should be directed to. If responsibility differs by type of issue (e.g. contractual, procurement-related, legal) or by region, please provide the details for each as applicable.
Our response
We confirm that under s.1[1] and have answered your questions in turn below. 1 of the FOIA, we hold the information you have requested
Question 1
We do not have a specific team or department responsible for receiving formal legal correspondence from third parties.
Question 2
If a third party would like to get in contact with ONR, we have a centralised mailbox which is monitored 08:30-16:30 from Monday to Friday and enquiries are disseminated across the organisation as appropriate. The email address for this mailbox is contact@onr.gov.uk.
Alternatively, as we note your request mentions suppliers or service providers, you may wish to send your correspondence to our Procurement team via onr.contracts@onr.gov.uk.
Correspondence can also be sent to us via the post to Redgrave Court, Merton Road, Bootle, L20 7HS. If this is general correspondence it should be marked for the attention of the Public Correspondence Team (4S3), or if it is for our Procurement team, this should be marked for the attention of the Head of Commercial & Procurement (4S2).
