I would like to request some information relating to the following incident: 'Uncontrolled partial emptying of the Sizewell A irradiated fuel cooling pond on 7 January 2007'.
I believe the coin case number is 4050842. I have the NII's preliminary investigation report and would like to request copies of the following:
- Original fast stream report, dated 7 January 2007
- Written evidence collected during site inspection of 23-25 January 2007, including interview transcripts, if extant
