    I confirm we do not have a primary SIC 2007 code for our organisation's activities.

    Public.

    We have three offices. These are located in the regions of the North West, South West and London.
  5. Do you recognise any trade unions in your workplace? If so, please name them.
    ONR recognises two trade unions. These are Prospect and PCS - The Public and Commercial Services Union.
  6. What was the date your latest pay settlement/agreement, came into effect?
    1 April 2024.

    1 April 2025 (although an increase has not yet been agreed).
