New charges added in rebar mesh wall incident at Hinkley Point C
Employee Paul Dunne sustained serious injuries in a pre-fabrication yard as he was working to remove a wall of rebar mesh which fell on him. Laing O'Rourke Delivery Limited and Bouygues Travaux Publics SAS are being prosecuted following an ONR investigation.
