Lynne Clow joined ONR Board on 9 February 2026 for a five year term. Lynne is a HR and operations professional with a proven track record at senior executive level, across the energy, financial services, technology development and manufacturing sectors where, until 2022, she led on a wide range of strategic HR and operational matters including a number of change management and business transformation projects.
Lynne currently holds NED roles in the public sector in Scotland and a private sector Oil and Gas company; she is Chair the Remuneration Committee at Ithaca Energy PLC and the People Committee and the Safety Security and Environment Committees at Highlands and Islands Airports LTD. She is also a member of the Risk Management and Audit Committee at the Scottish Prison Service.
Lynne is a graduate of the University of Strathclyde Business School and Napier University and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
