This consultation is now closed

We have now published our revised position statement on the interpretation of ‘bulk quantities’ along with our response to the public consultation.

The following questions have been developed to assist respondents to the consultation exercise.

  1. Do you think ONR’s proposed interpretations are easy to understand? If not, which parts are not easy to understand and why?
  2. Do you think ONR has considered appropriate criteria in developing its approach? If not, what other criteria do you think we could consider, and why?
  3. Do you agree that ONR has adhered to its stated principles of good regulation? If not, please tell us why.
  4. Do you have any other comments on ONR’s proposed approach?

Responses should be emailed to contact@onr.gov.uk on or before 17 January 2021.
