ONR staff recently raised over £3,500 for charities through various fundraising activities to coincide with the annual Children in Need appeal.
The money was split between five charities including Zoe’s place. Zoe’s place provides respite and end of life care to babies and infants suffering from life-limiting or life-threatening conditions. John McCormack, fundraising officer collected a cheque from ONR’s Chief Executive Officer John Jenkins.
‘I am extremely proud of the ONR staff who gave their time and efforts to organise and take part in this fundraising event and to the HSE who supported us. We are really pleased to be able to support local charities like Zoe’s place who rely on donations to fund their work and I hope this donation will help them to provide vital care and support to children and their families.
