Annual Report and Accounts 2022/23
We are required by legislation to produce an Annual Report and Accounts which summarises our performance alongside other key developments across the organisation. The arrangements for and management of nuclear safety and security across nuclear sites, transport of radioactive materials and safeguarding nuclear material, are rightly measured against the highest standards.

ONR Annual Report on the exercise of powers
Section 108 of the Energy Act requires the Secretary of State (DWP and BEIS) to report annually to Parliament on the use of their powers exercised under Part 3 of the Act.
