These report has been produced in line with the guidance in the Equalities Act 2010 and associated Advisory, Conciliation & Arbitration Service (ACAS) guidance “Managing gender pay reporting”, February 2019. They are based on a snapshot of the pay of all ONR employees as of 31 March of the respective year, as well as annual payments and bonuses paid between 1 April and 31 March.

Dr Nicola Crauford was appointed Chair of ONR on 1 March 2025 for a five year term. She has extensive governance and senior management experience in infrastructure and engineering. She is an experienced leader specialising in problem solving and decision making in complex, political and uncertain environments and she brings a combination of technical, commercial and strategic skills to ONR.
