I would appreciate any info that ONR (or any other source) have regarding nuclear safety incidents, that have happened at HM Naval Base Cllyde Faslane since 2018 to 2022?

We confirm that under s.1 of the FOIA, we do not hold the information relevant to your request.
This is because ONR does not regulate nuclear safety at the HM Naval Base Clyde (Faslane or Coulport, which is the other authorised site on the base).
