Key Findings, Inspector's Opinions and Reasons for Judgements Made
Based on evidence gathered from reviewing requested information and structured discussions with Sizewell B staff I consider Sizewell B has demonstrated an adequate level of compliance with CDG 2009 regulations:
- Consigning staff demonstrated adequate knowledge and understanding of the regulations for the carriage of class 7 dangerous goods and NGL’s management arrangements show how transport legislation was complied with.
- Staff consigning class 7 materials received suitable training and were able to demonstrate their knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements, based on inspection Sizewell B’s consigning documentation.
