Explanation of Judgement if Safety System Not Judged to be Adequate

N/A.

Key Findings, Inspector's Opinions and Reasons for Judgements Made

I found HNA site to be complying with its arrangements under LC10, LC12 and LC14.

From the areas inspected I found that HNA fire protection systems were meeting the requirements of the safety case, although some minor areas for improvement were identified.

Generally the removal of waste in the buildings inspected had progressed well since the last site inspection.

I observed that good progress appeared to be being made on actions previously placed on HNA under LC10 and LC12.

Conclusion of Intervention

I conclude that the Fire Protection Systems adequately fulfils the requirements of the Safety Case.

HNA is complying with its arrangements made under LC10, LC12 and LC14.
