This was not a Safety System Inspection.

Key Findings, Inspector's Opinions and Reasons for Judgements Made

The licensee was able to demonstrate appropriate measures are being used to report and manage incidents under LC 7 in the areas sampled.  Records inspected revealed that  incidents and abnormal occurrences were being reported, investigated and corrective measures taken where appropriate

Conclusion of Intervention

Based upon the evidence I sampled during the inspections I judged that there was no need for regulatory action and a rating of green was appropriate for the intervention.
