Key Findings, Inspector's Opinions and Reasons for Judgements Made

During our inspection we made a small number of minor observations which could lead to improvements (e.g. signage relating to external evacuation routes and muster points and an annual review of the site plan and schedule to ensure it remains current).  The licensee responded positively to our observations.  Overall the licensee was able to demonstrate that their arrangements were adequate and were being implemented in a way that we judged they had been able to demonstrate compliance with the Licence Conditions inspected.

Conclusion of Intervention

We concluded that, in the areas we sampled, the licensee had demonstrated that they were complying with the requirements of Licence Conditions 8, 9, 16 and 25.  The minor observations identified will be followed up through normal regulatory business by the site inspector.
