Release date: 30 May 2012

Release of information under Environmental Information Regulations 2004

Following a request under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004, ONR released the following information. If copies of these documents are required, please contact ONRenquiries@onr.gov.uk

Dear,

Environmental Information Regulations 2004 Request Reference No: 2012050102

Thank you for your request for information when you asked us for the following information:

"surrounding the transhipment of five radioactive heat exchangers from the Berkeley Nuclear Power Station, UK: to the Studsvik facility in Sweden in March this year.

I would be most grateful if you could provide me with a copy of that "survey and assessment" which is, I assume, an "in-house" report. Regrettably I have not yet found an official title for the "survey and assessment", but I trust that I have provided enough detail to facilitate it's tracking! "

Your request was received on 4 May 2012 and I am dealing with it under the terms of the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (the Regs).

Please find details of the 7 scanned documents we are sending you below.

Doc 1 is attached to this email and the rest will follow as attachments on two further emails, as the size of the documents exceeds the limit I can attach to one email.

(Please note that Appendix A has been scanned in as four attachments, due to its size)
