I note from the recent report, USE OF UK CLIMATE PROJECTIONS 2018 (UKCP18) BY GB NUCLEAR INDUSTRY, that “regulators (ONR, EA and NRW) expect that operators of all nuclear licensed sites and disposal sites for radioactive waste will take account of UKCP18 when assessing the impacts of climate change". In view of that:

Hinkley Point C, Sizewell C and Bradwell B are in the process of considering the impact of UKCP18 on their safety cases. ONR will conduct the assessments of their submissions in due course. You have requested copies of the minutes of meetings of the ONR expert panel on Natural Hazards that took place this year and in 2018.
ONR has an Expert Panel on Natural Hazards consisting of two Sub-Panels, one on Meteorological and Coastal Flood Hazards and the other on Seismic Hazards. Please can you clarify if you are referring to both the Meteorological and Coastal Flood Hazards and Seismic Expert Panel minutes?
