The Environment Agency has recently provided some documentation, which identified an inspection in conjunction with you, dated 10 December 2013. We enclose a copy of the report and ask if you would please re-check your records for any documentation held relevant to our original request. The LLW waste trial is of particular importance as it specifically refers to the removal of asbestos.
