This is a request on behalf of BBC Radio Kent for details about Dungeness B nuclear power station using the Freedom of Information Act:

1. Can you please provide details of all of the HSE led safety inspections of Dungeness B over the last 10 years? (however far back you can go)
2. Would you please reveal details of any safety concerns found during the inspections at the power station during the years mentioned above?
3. How many times has the reactor been shut down at Dungeness B over the last 10 years?
4. Which reactors were shut down and what were the reasons for the switch off?

We try to be as open as possible when answering requests but your request is very broad and could cover a wide-range of information. The information is held in a significant number of documents including Contact Records, Assessment Reports, Project Assessment Reports and Intervention Records. Finding, retrieving and extracting the information is likely to involve a cost in excess of the £600 limit set by the government for dealing with FOI requests.
