I confirm that ONR does not hold the information you requested.

This is because data, reports, documentation and security vetting questionnaires are all stored on the National Security Vetting System (NSVS) database which is owned by the United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV). ONR does not have the ability to search the NSVS database or its precursor systems by organisation or site. Therefore, with regret, there is no method for ONR to obtain the information requested in points 1-4 of your FOI request.
