In relation to frameworks used to procure interim staff in this area. ONR would use the Crown Commercial Services or the Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation (ESPO) frameworks to secure agency / temporary staff as first port of call depending on requirements. ESPO is one of the UK's largest Professional Buying Organisations.
