Report a concern/whistleblowing

ONR takes all health, safety and security (including the transport of radioactive materials) concerns relating to UK nuclear licenced sites seriously. 

ONR will use the information you provide to assess your concern, so to help us please provide as much information as you can. 

The form will only take a few minutes to complete and to make it simple, it is split into the following short sections:

Section A: About you

Do you wish your name to be withheld from your employer/ex-employer?

Section B: Your concern

Have you raised your concern locally? If so, please tell us what you did and who you have spoken to (e.g. employer, contractor, trade union, safety representative, local authority)

Do you have any photographs or supporting documentation?

Section C: Who is doing it and where?

Section D: Disclosure

Your details will not be given out when we progress your concern, unless you give your permission.
